Job Description

1. Oversee the setup of smartphone and electronics repair service networks
2. Research and map available service network options (competitor research - market scan, financial, technical and operational capabilities)
3. Develop field audit procedures and analysis to rank service networks
4. Request repair service quotations and negotiate services and benefits as part of Stonestep service networks
5. Manage service networks to agreed service levels, ensuring consistent delivery and operations
6. Monitor and report on the quality and effectiveness of service networks including customer satisfaction relating to the provision of services
7. Market Stonestep programs and promotions and implement service contracts to agreed standards
8. Support Stonestep to identify, design, and implement policies, procedures, tools, and plans to improve service network operations.

Job Requirements

• 3-4 years work experience with emphasis given to candidates with previous work experience at electronic retailer or service repair centers (phone or other electronics).
• Ability to ensure successful planning and implementation of projects to timescale, cost, and quality requirements.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Successful track record of meeting deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge in mapping and generating operational processes.
• Financial planning and budgeting experience
• Computer literacy, especially Microsoft office.
• Fluency in English a plus.
