PURPOSE OF THE ROLESPOC for all Mobile Money field operations related to agent POSM visibility, training, on boarding, etc.This Position is only for Myanmar Nationals OnlyROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES• Coordinate with trade marketing team, MFS business development supervisor and regional teams to ensure trade material is rightly placed and always visible as per OML standards.• Work with all team members and cross functional members on executing all sort of on the ground activities including roadshows, presence in feeder markets, regional events, etc. • Support business development team and regional mobile money team in driving “Mobile Money Availability” and “New Customers Acquisitions” • Monitor and track all “ Competitor Market Activities” in mobile money in coordination with regional mobile money teams• Responsible for coordinating agent training programs in coordination with regional Mobile Money managers.• Responsible for ensuring KYC process are met as per companies policy.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor degree in Business Management• Minimum 3 years in Retails, Sales & Distribution Management • Excellent Communication and Engagement skills • Good Project Management • Proficient in English (Speak, read and write)
