Marketing
> Supports the work of managers and team members on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.
> Working closely with design agencies and assisting with services launches.

Sales & Distribution
> Work with partners, agents, etc. to develop and manage agent network
> Acquire, activate and support agents to achieve targets
> Conduct field visits to partners, agents, etc. in ensuring compliance and manage risks
> Evaluate partners, agents, etc. performance to attain objectives based on KPIs, provide guidance as necessary and recommend improvements.
> Coordinate with JO and manage activities including POS management, training, road show, promotion, new service launches with agents
