Operation senior staff (Bank card or mobile banking operation background): •Manage MM service operation processes and continuously improve existing processes
•Keep up to date all system and operating documentation, properly implement and store
•Ensure that all MM service operation processes are followed and that tools are available to effectively support MM service
•Identify opportunities for internal and external processes’ optimization
•Produce daily, weekly & monthly reports
•Train and support Customer Care team
