Operation Team manager (Bankcard or mobile banking operation background):

• Manage and ensure sustainable MM service operation
• Coordinate with other teams for a reliable service delivery
• Design and manage all end-to-end Operation management processes to support MM teams, to monitor progress and to maximize customer care team’s performance
• Maintain a highly effective backroom operations and responsive customer care resolution management
• Train and mentor Operation and other team members for efficient use of MM platform and better service delivery
