An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Support in the agent network development including conducting of training to the agents.
• Acquire new agents or super agents and partners in the assigned territory or areas.
• Acquire and on-boarding of new merchants and partners.
• Communicate and/or negotiate with external partners such as distributors.
• Manage assigned areas to ensure quality rollout of mobile financial services.
• Prepare and generate reports for the management.

Job Requirements

• A degree of any discipline.
• Must have at least 3 or more years of sales experience preferably in the telecom industry dealing and managing distributors, agents or merchants.
• Those with experience in mobile financial services will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good computer literacy – knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Highly self-motivated and possess confidence, initiative and high energy or drive.
