Sales Manager is an in charge of growing the distributing coverage in both modern trade and general trade channels
Sales Manager leads the objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team of 20+ people
Sales Manager sets long term plans and ensures monthly forecasting is accurate
• Maintains a strong relationship with CMHL (Ocean, CityMart, CityExpress), CDSG (Capital, Grab & Go), Aeon (Orange), and other CVS customers to achieve company objectives and exploration of new business opportunities
• Increases the market share of current products and market penetration of new products by improving availability and visibility in the trade
• Develops and ensures execution of customer promotional plans
• Manage sales persons to hit monthly sales target and to align sales and stock between monthly dynamic forecast and budget
• Appoints and manages regional sub-distributors for long term jointly profitable relationships
• Guides the Sales Team with the monitoring and management of sales invoices, accounts receivable and sales transactions

Job Requirements

• Degree holder and other related Sales and marketing diplomas is an advantage and Good English Speaking Skill is a must.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience of FMCG in Myanmar
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Excellent team-building, organization and leadership skills
• Ability to command both spoken and written in Myanmar and English.
• Good sales capabilities, able to develop compelling presentations
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and Sales related applications.
• Age below 40 years old, open to Myanmar nationals only
