This is an opportunity to be part of a big journey of Osotspa Public Company - a leading energy drink manufacturer from Thailand - to drive growth of international business unit and to involve in commercial team along with the newly establishment of factory in Myanmar.

The ideal candidate will welcome the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization and thrive in new and developing areas of this business. The candidate will manage overall sales in modern trade channel in Myanmar.

 Leading Annual Business Trade Term with the MT customers with support of other functions
 Strategic partner to sales in the development and execution to manage the assigned key modern trade account actively contributing to the development of core business strategies which drive sustainable profitable growth, increasing sales capability.
 Key to success will be the establishment, and ongoing development, of strong relationships with modern trade channels and the optimization of the distribution of all new and existing products to manage promotion planning , budgeting management, new product and promotion selling and demand forecasting
 Drive market share in accordance to the targets; define & maintain the strategic direction of the business plan to drive positive business contribution. by developing and executing business plans, ensuring effective coverage of assigned accounts
 Analyze sales statistics gathered to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
 Work closely with the sales capability team to roll out relevant KPIs and performance improvement including steps of call, coaching module
 Manage and oversee the development of all required offer formats through operations
 Monitors category and product performance versus targets at the customer, evaluates the impact of strategic and tactical initiatives, and takes corrective action, as needed, to insure achievement of business goals.
 Manage sales team under supervision
 Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum 8 year experience in field sales.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the role of Sales Manager (Modern Trade), Channel Development Manager; preferably food & beverage business with a proven record of achievements.
• Hands-on experiences in operational sales management, route-to-market development are an essential.
• Strong knowledge of trade structure and distributor management is a plus.
• Strong in team management, motivation, and coaching team
• Result-oriented, driving to achieve target, sense of urgency
• Willing to travel to provinces
• Ability to conduct market intelligence & competitors activates
