Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-To impart basic and periodic product/sales & marketing training/s

-Monitoring & guiding the team for smooth functioning

-Achieving the business objectives for the financial year

-Ensuring implementation & completion of marketing activities/strategies within the time frame

-Developing & maintaining report with new as well as existing customers

-Developing new & handling existing KOLs and ensuring ROI

-SOS - Recruiting & maintaining the budgeted team

-Planning & Monitoring daily/monthly call plan / reports of promoters

-Covering shortlisted KOLs from promoters list as per plan & frequency

-Daily conducting RCPA & monitoring availability of the brands

-Collecting & communicating the market information about customers & competitors on weekly basis

-Communicating & maintaining the reports of the work accomplished - Present on weekly basis

-Identifying the training needs of individual team member - Once in quarter

-Monitoring & maintaining CRM data

Job Requirements

-Graduate; preferably science or pharmacy

-Same or equivalent experience (2-3 years as a promoter or 1-2 years as a supervisor)

-Effective communication

-Effective selling skills

-Time management

-Ability to work as team leader

-Ability to motivate the team
