Elementary Music Teacher(PKG-G5):

We are searching for a very organized, student-centered, and creative teacher with the ability to adjust to a variety of instructional settings and levels. This dynamic music educator will bring music alive for all students. This position requires a highly collaborative, self-directed teacher.

The music curriculum includes singing, dancing, and playing instruments. The individual will have skills directing performances, e.g, year-end and school festivals. This candidate should be comfortable working in a proficiency-based learning system and with using standards to measure student growth. We desire a candidate with a strong interest in developing our Visual and Performing arts program, with specific ideas and expertise on building new opportunities in music for our diverse student population.

Bachelor's Degree or higher

Minimum 2 years experience teaching music to young learners

Knowledge of curriculum development
