Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• To create new and develop existing relationship with the Key accounts (MOFT&MONT) and manage in Myanmar, open the account and cultivate a long-term relationship
• Track distribution and sales performance of each member of the sales team on monthly basis
• Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities to evaluate brand performance and adjust the strategy and action plans.
• Build strong visibility in outlets and execute on company brand activities
• Ensure that the draught accounts are receiving scheduled technical/cleaning services as planned and act on any deviances
• Ensure achievement of the sales volumes
• Ensure healthy product mix in line with the area goals
• Responsible for collection in time and follow-up of out standings
• Track the sales for both direct (focus channel/key account channel) customers as well the wholesalers within the area
• Oversee the area sales budget.
• Manage and develop the team: Prepare area sales forecasts; establish targets in areas such as distribution, sales volume, and execution/merchandising targets for each member of the team; monitor the performance of the team against these goals.
• Controlling and observing competition breweries activities, price compliance and strategies in KA
• Identifying new product opportunities, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends
• Develop execution standard (in cooperation with TM) for MOFT & MONT
• Analyse Key Account customers sales results and initiating corrective actions based on mismatches
• Optimize ROI on KA costumer spend
• Development of annual BTL plan (in cooperation with TM) for these customer types
• Build and execute sales forecasting and ensure proper execution of pricing and promotional activities.
• Responsible for delivering annually volume and financial targets and risk assessment (cash collection) of Key Account customers (MOFT & MONT)
• Participation and lead in annual negotiations with Key account customers, yearly target setting per customer

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline , MBA holder will be a definite advantage
• +5 yrs in sales management role ideally in FMCG/beer environment
• Effective, positive and energetic attitude
• Innovative and systematic person capable of cooperating across the functions
• Ability to communicate clearly - Strong presentations skills
• Team-orientation, Action-oriented, persistent and result oriented
• Solid analytical skills and planning/organizing skills
• Positive attitude towards beer and alcohol industry
• Talent for operating in a multi cultural environment
