• Sales Target: Responsible for preparing yearly target for the channel with product handled in a Company.
• Sales Forecasting: Responsible for preparing yearly & monthly forecast based on the Latest Estimate in comparison with AOP.
• Stock Management: Responsible for Managing Inventory Status in the Warehouse & Channels.
• Marketing Plan: Responsible for Preparing Yearly & Monthly Campaigns with Local Store Marketing.
• Pre & Post Campaign Analysis: Responsible for designing campaigns for the channels like Showroom and share the monthly & quarterly analysis report to the stake holders with ROI.
• Product P&L/A&P: Responsible for managing product P&L with A&P for all the channels.
• Vendor Management: Responsible for managing Marketing Agency for POSM/Activation within the channels.
• Showroom Marketing: Responsible for preparing Push & Pull Strategy to increase footfall in showroom.
• Competitors Reports: Responsible for preparing competitor’s reports based on Marketing Mix
(Product, Price,Place,Promotion).
• Product Training : Responsible for preparing product training to key peoples in showroom & other channels also preparing product training kits & templates.
• Reporting & Templates: Sharing weekly & monthly reports for Sales by Product in Channels, Stock Inventory, Sales Forecast, and Re-Order of stock and other important reports.
• POSM Deployment : Responsible for Point of Sales Material to the Channels from Printing to deployment to the channels( Showrooms)
• Advertisement Promotion: Responsible for News Paper & Digital Promotion on time to avoid delay in deployment.
• Marketing Budget: Responsible for preparing yearly marketing budget for the set products and follow the monthly cost & ROI.
• Marketing Calendar: Responsible for preparing yearly marketing calendar for all the channels of the company include ATL/BTL/TTL
• IN STORE PROMOTION: Responsible for preparing in Store promotion to boost the sales through walking’s customers.
• Digital Marketing: Responsible for using digital marketing tools to implement the effect of campaigns and also to measure the success of the promotion.
• Department Coordination: Responsible for making coordination with all the stakeholders in the company to improve the growth of the product handled.
• Product Rationalization: Responsible for preparing reports of slow moving & fast moving sku’s and also check if there is any requirement of product rationalization from time to time.
• Product Life Cycle Management: Responsible for PLC of all the products and also see the growth prospects.
• LPA : Responsible for preparing Launch Plan Agreement for New Category or New Products.
• KPI’s : Responsible for following monthly KPI with positive result to improve the product growth in the channels.

Job Requirements

Proficient in MS power Points and MS excel
Minimum 5 years experiences as a product marketing manager role
Ability to work with cross functional team, strong and inter personal skill
Good command of both written and spoken in English
Data interpretation skill
Detail orientated, organized, critical thinker with strong ethics
Good interpersonal & communication skill.
