• To follow sales achievement of branches by sales report
• Go to branch visit and support for sales growth
• To monitor the AR conditions of related branches
• To solve the confuse with BU & Branches
• To give report for all conditions of related branches to NSM
• To coach sale man
• Maintain good relationship with customers who are regular customers from branches
• To develop markets share in assigned sales territory
• To analyze the sales conditions of related branches by monthly & yearly
• To support Brand Awareness cooperate with Marketing Team
• To attend Monthly Department’ KPI Review Meeting
• To make A4/A3
• To achieve monthly targets
• Not have overdue AR amount in branches
• To increase market share
• To lead the team with effective way and achieve KPI
• To achieve sale target monthly & yearly
• To improve and develop manager skill by coaching (check list)
• To make sales strategy by area and branch
• To existing customer maintain
• Analyze the performance for manpower
• To make the products analyze

Any Graduate more prefer in Diploma holder
Age must be between 27~35
Good in communication skill, Leading skill & strong in customer service
Can Driving & can go anywhere
