National Sales Manager at a leading Tobacco Company

o Develop the sales strategy, sales plan and targets in line with business objectives
o Salary up to 6,000,000 MMK plus other benefits

About the Company

Our Client is a leading international tobacco product manufacturer which operates in over 70 countries and have products sold in more than 120 countries.


The Role

● Develop key retail channels by developing relationships with business partners.
● Oversee, develop and motivate a sale team.
● Forecast future sales and develop sales and trade marketing plans to adapt to shifts in the marketplace.

Job Requirements

● Minimum 10 years of working experience in related background and over 5 years in management level is required.
● Bachelor’s degree or other business-related education is a must.
● Business English communications skill is needed.
● Strong persuasive skill and self-motivation is a bonus.
