Bachelor degree holder. Having MBA or BBA is more preferable to this position. At least 10 years experience as senior management level in FMCG Sales and Distribution management field and must have fundamental marketing concepts. Persuasion skills to be able to convince key customers to purchase goods and inspire employees to succeed. Effective communication skills to both listen and speak to all types of individuals. Strong management skills to lead employees across different territories and must have proactive management manner.
