Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans with the aim to grow the company’s business in Myanmar.
• Develop annual sales budget, forecast and objectives for the regions and territories.
• Drive sales across all channels and continue to develop new channels for the company’s business.
• Help to transform the company into a high performing sales organisation.
• Conduct marketing/sales activities to identify and generate new businesses across the various channels.
• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve or exceed the sales targets set by the Management through value creation selling activities.
• Develop annual marketing and promotional plan based on historical data, realistic forecasts and market trends for each product and territory.
• Manage and generate responses to queries, and to coordinate pre- and post-sales engagement including follow up on sales leads, sales orders and deliveries.
• Provide regular sales reports, accurate forecasts and pipeline data as well as market information, competitors’ products and activities on a regular basis to the management.
• Oversee the sales administration and maintenance of customer’s database.
• Manage the talent development and work performance of all members in the sales team through regular review and counselling.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Business Management or any related field. Those with post-graduate diploma or MBA is preferred.
• Must have 8 years of sales experience with at least 3 years as Sales Manager in an FMCG industry, and demonstrated a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Able to build strategic and multi-level relationship and deal with complex/diversify multi-principals’ situation and culture.
• Good business acumen with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Good analytical and decision-making skills with strong computer literacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to speak and write English language as the job requires the person to liaise with overseas principals and associates.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining multiple projects/assignments.
• Possess confidence, initiative and high energy or drive as well as able to work independently.
