- Develop & implement effective sales strategies for growth in revenue and number of active customers. - Lead sales team to achieve sales target, including hiring, training, coaching, goal setting, performance management, and development. - Reporting to internal management, including customer feedback, market information, and performance of the sales team. - Effective sales cycle management and analyzing data to develop objectives, growth forecast, and preparation. - Develop business proposals, negotiate with key customers, and secure sales orders. - Prospecting opportunities related to sales distribution in country. - Customer relationship management to negotiate and close agreements. - Research and identify new potential customers. - Developing strategies with top management and related departments to achieve sales target, branding, & coverage of products with relation to competitors. - Leading & managing the team for product learning, persuading customers, customer care, resolving technical product issues, & team motivation. - Proposals for co-marketing activities with related dealers and venues to promote sales to reach the forecasted sales amount. - Detailed budgeting to support sales and implementation. - Coordinating with related stakeholders, internal departments, & POSM marketing suppliers to implement plans to meet sales target. - Managing team members to collect competitors’ information & customer feedback in a timely manner. - Arrange meetings with customers and businesses. - Implementing and measuring results to hold accountability of sales plan. - Leading daily & weekly meetings to evaluate results & overall sales operation process.
- Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred. - Experience in overseas or international companies - 8 years of experience in electronics, sales distribution, or FMCG - Professional Business Leadership
