• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing Sales strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Strong experience in local market penetration.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Be able to concentrate for long period of time, handle pressure with high sense of confidentiality
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

• Over 10 years as senior level all channel management experience in related field.
• Any Graduate and more preferable is Sales Management Diploma or MBA
• Local Nationality only
• Well knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint…)
• Excellent in English 4 Skills
• Age between (35 ~ 45 ) years
