Ensure Promoter Girls represent consistent brand image with proper brand knowledge training and appearance guideline3. Effective management and communications with Upper Myanmar TMU manager and Lower Myanmar TMU managerDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Planning and managing all promotion activities and brand events 2. Monitoring and managing the promoter team in Yangon and supervise UM and LM TMU managers3. Managing program and results based on Brand team’s objective and guideline4. Communicate and coordinate with sales team on program requirement and support from retail outlets5. Responsible for TMU A&P budget, sourcing, planning and producing promotion materials for use at the regional branches6. Field auditing or checking the way of promoters & merchandisers effectiveness7. Responsible for selecting and recruiting the right persons for the PG and merchandising team8. Setting the PG target together with Sales sell out Program9. Monitoring and reviewing the salary and incentives on a monthly basis ( PG/ Merchandising/ Agency)10. Collecting the retail mapping data of the new outlets lists11. Collaborate with SFE to monitor sales program effectiveness and implement improvement ploan12. Effective visibility on the ground including display13. Building the relationship with the suppliers and measuring the performance of the suppliers 14. Monitor competitive activities via PG and regional sales representative and recommend proactive action plan15. Monitor closely of quality and timeline
JOB REQUIREMENT EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS1) University Graduate 2) Masters/Diploma in Marketing or Business related areasSKILLS/ COMPETENCIES1) 5 years or above relevant Trade Marketing experience in FMCG/ Beverages / Spirits Industries2) Good communications skill 3) Understand consumer’s behavior and retail market environment both on premises and off premises4) Good command of spoken and writen English and Myanmar5) Willing to travel within the country6) Team ManagementAble to drive to get the achievement /success of the Organizational goals/ departmental goals/ individual goals
