Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, installation, configuration and administration of Network Infrastructure.
• Escalate network incidents and problems to the appropriate vendors and internal engineering staff in accordance with departmental standards.
• Work on improving processes and automation for networking infrastructure and supporting systems
• Evaluate network support processes and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate on ICT projects to ensure that network issues are being addressed appropriately.
• Participate on all regional network engineering activities such as service design and service transition.
• Develop necessary network documentation, technical documentation and reports as required.

Job Requirements

Skills & Experience Required:

• Solid experience with Cisco Wireless, Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN design with some VOIP experience
• Relevant 2-4 years of demonstrated experienced with troubleshooting and maintaining Palo Alto, Checkpoint , Cisco Firewalls, DNS, OSPF, RIP,BGP, EIGRP routing protocols, • Load balancers, IP Telephony, Wireless Infrastructure components, NAT, IPsec, SSL, etc.
• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex network problems.
• Experience with enterprise network solution designs
• Some experience with Server Virtualization

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a CCNA/CCNP certification, qualification with hands on experience
• Microsoft and VMware Certification is a plus.
