  • Leadership and expertise across LAN, WLAN, WAN
  • Drive optimization to continuously improve operational effectiveness, performance, availability 
  • Build and manage vendor relationships and drive cost optimisation
  • responsibility and accountability across several key areas
  • Network tools selection, operations, and administration
  • Drive the development of innovative network operations processes and tools
  • Oversee network operations projects, implementation, maintenance, administration, staffing and logistics.
  • Mentor, manage engineering professionals and set clear priorities to achieve department goals and KPIs
  • Work closely with other departments to proactively ensure network operations capabilities are capable of handling emerging 
  • Ensure service-level targets are met, and address all service-level complaints.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience of senior roles in network operations
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA,CCNP,CWTS,CWNA are highly desired
  • The ideal candidate should have leadership skills and solid background in network operations, engineering and technologies
  • Experience leading a network operations team in a dynamic, transformational environment
  • Proven track record of driving change and transformation in network operations processes, tools and technologies
  • Prior experience in driving and leading enterprise technology 
  • Excellent communicator and able to drive consensus across diverse technology teams
  • Track record in developing and mentoring staff
