Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

- Deliver on KPIs relating to new category launches and support the Innovation manager
- Coordinate a full market research programme to validate alternative innovation ideas for launch readiness within a rolling 12-18 month window
- Co-develop assigned innovation projects cross-functionally to Commercial readiness, managing day to day operations and coordination with external agencies
- Conduct market research by coordinating with research team and participate in the innovation process management
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in an innovation role in Marketing and/or Innovation for FMCG products in an emerging economy
- Bachelor Degree ideally in business administration, major in Marketing / Bachelor of Science in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering
- In-depth knowledge about product development, market research, and innovation process management
- Relevant experience of at least 18 months from conceptualization to product launch
- Good command of English and High level of proficiency in MS office app. Project Management Software is a plus
- Result oriented and proactive
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Team player and culturally adaptable
