- Basic Knowledge and Experience in Unix/Linux and Window Server and Client Operating System
- Basic Knowledge and Experience in Switching/Routing/Wireless/VoIP/Security
- Familiarity with common network monitoring tools like solarwinds,whatsup, zabbix, and MRTG.
- 1+ years working as NOC Engineer/Administrator
- Bachelor of Science degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- Will be based on Rotation so nights and days with time off will be part of the Position.

- Respond on first level support .
- Call out Duty Engineer if escalation is required.
