1. Power Alarm Monitoring and Escalation
2. Coordination with field team to reduce site MTTR
3. Hourly update regarding site down to OML and Internal respective person.
4. Special focus for Critical Site
5. Maintaining SLA /Site
6. Raising TT for against Power Alarm
7. Closing TT against Power Alarm
8. Cross check the PM activity

Job Requirements

- Electrical Engineering Diploma (or) relevant certificates
- At least 6 months working experience in NOC Engineer
- Flexibility, adaptability and change responsiveness in an atmosphere of constantly shifting priorities
- Good knowledge on computer software and applications
- Reasonable verbal and written communication skills in both Myanmar and English
- Good personality, organisational skills and good team player are essentials
- Ability to work within a multicultural setting
