Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Working under 24/7 shifts organization, ensure the alarms & faults handling of monitored sites
• Ensure the TT progress follow-up & updates, advising by the same the customers
• Escalate to the managers, overdue downtime/issues and recurrent alarms/faults
• Ensure the Trouble Tickets openings on the IT system & the field interventions dispatch to subcontractors
• Update the refueling intervention`s tracker, raise alarms on abnormal fuel level & consumptions, and propose the refueling planning for the upcoming weeks
• Exchange data and information about Remote Monitoring System, the TTs and the site availabilities, for sites and refueling KPI reporting with:

Job Requirements

- Basic Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Automation or Telecom
- Legacy Knowledge on modular power systems for low voltage (Genset, Batteries, distribution boards...)
- Legacy Knowledge on Remote Monitoring System and modems/IP protocol
- English and Burmese, speaking and writing
