❖To provide installation, deployment and troubleshooting of server, storage, network appliances (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, Microsoft & Linux servers, etc.). ❖ To provide network troubleshooting, operations support and escalations for the clients. ❖ Monitor and analyze the problem when fault happens. ❖ Prepare incident reports, including findings with analysis.❖ Respond to incident calls and ensure the SLA to clients.
❖ Diploma or Degree with relevant subjects it IT or equivalent. ❖ Minimum CCNA (R&S/Security), MCSA and should have good understanding of Routing/ Switching protocols, network security and DC infrastructure. ❖ JNCIA-SEC/ENT preferred. ❖ Good to have a working knowledge of Linux/Microsoft OS. ❖ Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. ❖ Service-oriented, strong interpersonal skills and adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic environment. ❖ Must have troubleshooting skills. ❖ Must have experience in a telecommunications NOC environment. ❖ Able to work any shift in 24/7 NOC environment. ❖ Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience is preferred❖ Must have excellent communication, self-motivated, good learning and working attitude.❖ Able to work under pressure. ❖ Able to communicate in English
