A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Mainly focus on Network surveillance, 1st Level restoration and preventive maintenance (Products: MW, DWDM, IP, Core, and VAS):

* Monitors network alarms, receives complaints from the hotline and those transferred by the customer, analyzes the alarms and complaints, assigns complaint tickets and monitors the problem handling progress till they are closed.

* Makes sure that the monitoring staff is in position as contracted, and assigns/escalates/closes tickets as required by the SLA.

* Escalates and reports to related people about problems according to the level and duration of the problems.

Job Requirements

* Must hold a bachelor degree or any other relevant degree
* More than 1-year experience on telecom equipment monitoring is preferred.
* Able to work in a shift of 24×7.
* Familiar with monitoring system, good understanding on TT & WO process.
* Able to communicate well with English and Myanmar. Chinese is a plus.
