An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Monitor data communications networks to ensure availability of the network
• Document and resolve problems
• Follow troubleshooting procedures in an effort to resolve problems
• Contact engineer to correct and maintain network operations
• Escalate problems as needed to engineering staff
• Records daily performance statistics
• Open, update, and close trouble tickets
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Bachelor or Diploma in any IT related degree
At least 2 years of experience in Network / Server Administration
Experience in basic troubleshooting on Network /Server
Able to work independently with little supervision
Able to work night shift, weekend and public holidays
