Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Monitor data communications networks to ensure that network is available to all system users
• Updates documentation and to record problems
• Apply troubleshooting procedures in an effort to resolve problems
• Collaborate with Contact engineer to rectify and maintain network operations
• Escalate problems as needed to engineering staff
• Records daily performance statistics, number of problems and actions taken

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in network / server administration
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting on Network / Server
• Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holiday
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to command and converse and English
