-Overall management of fuel , including forecasting,ordering ,delivery and consumption analysis .
- forecasting and plan fuel delivery for all network element base on history & consumption data ensuring that enough fuel is available all time on sites.
- Orders & supervises the fuel delivery storage consumption in site such that enough fuel is available all the time in fields.
- Utilizes efficiently available resources for fuel fuel delivery and ensure fuel in right quantity and quality.
- Monitors continuously fuels levels and consumption on sites and plans fuel delivery before fuel is exhausted.
- Analysis data and males short and long term supply plants and budget forecast to ensure that fuel is available in case of emergency situation in the region or area.
-Tracks and analysis the utilization / consumption of fuel /consumables per each cells site allocation, tracks any change and updates records accordingly.
- Track & keeps records of all fuel swapping between various cells sites,updates the consumption and forecasts accordingly.
- Coordinates with the clients representative and other sections proposes changes in procedures,as require to accomplish tasks in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
-Endures assigned employee receive required training and maintain appropriate qualifications certification & licenses.
-Ensure implementation of appropriate training programs , including preventive maintenance and safety , for hires and recurring training for experienced employees .
- Reviews all equipment and personal injury accidents that take places at the fuel facilities and develop corrective action , incorporation company policies .
- Makes sure all delivery , high consumption etc. report is available and updated on daily basics and all entries are validated.

- 1-2 years experiences in similar field
- Microsoft office ( Excel , Word,....)
- HND Engineering fields
- BA or equivalent qualification.
