Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for receptionist tasks
- Process the calls: Answer incoming call, transfer to right recipients, take the messages and deliver to the right recipients
- Welcome all visitors coming to the company, arrange waiting seats, inform to the right recipients, serve water for guests
- Be responsible for admin tasks in Mandalay office
- Deliver/ Receive and manage all outgoing/incoming documents/letters/fax/dispatch
- Draft letters/emails/dispatch if there are any requests
- Purchase, allocate and manage Mandalay office’s stationery orders: Choose suppliers, get order, summarize and get director’s approval, buy, deliver as the using demand and process payment.
- Ensure COMIT regulations to be done by employees, including: wear COMIT pin, implement regulations about going out/coming to the company, welcome visitors... , monitor and keep working place clean
- Hold internal parties/events: employee’s birthday and other special events.
- Purchase, manage express mail service providers
- Control office equipment (including: computers, fax machine, copy machine, printer, projector…)
- Manage the usage of the meeting room, keep the meeting room clean and ready to use.
- Manage the leasing services (office renting, vehicle renting, hotel…) manage the repair activities in office: maintenance air condition, clean carpet, clean office…
- Other tasks: buy gifts, flowers… for company’s guests/customers…

Job Requirements
- Have at least 02 years working experience in the same position
- Can use English at work (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Use office program fluently (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have good communication skills.
