Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

o Prepare necessary documents for meetings and support other administrative matter of the meeting
o Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
o Supporting the team in their day to day activities
o Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests
o Assists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects, as appropriate
o Ability to gather data, compile information, prepare report
o Support and manage the office for any administrative procedures
o Prepare and maintain variety of departmental records and reports
o Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures
o Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment; monitor fire alarm control panels and other emergency equipment

Job Requirements

o Any Degree Holder
o At least (2) year experience in related field
o Excellent communication and negotiation skill
o Mature, well-organized, careful, integrity
o Good Computer skills (MS World, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email)
o Good commend of written and spoken English.
o Can work overtime or any site
