The key role of our work position is to focus in great attention and effort to successfully maintain the overall office building so that the tenants of our office building are satisfied and comfortable. 1. Office Building Administration & Management (Job Description): . Check and monitor the physical condition, general upkeep and cleanliness of the building. its surroundings and its facilities.. Check and keep in touch with the M&E Department to ensure all the M&E tasks are being completed on time & properly.. Cooperate with the security team to ensure all safety precautions are being monitored systematically.. Handles customers & office tenants' requests & complaints with professional manners & duties.. Build a good relationship with our office tenants to ensure their offices are well-maintained.. Report back to the general manager2. Office Building Human Resource (Job Description): . Check and monitor the management, maintenance, cleaning & security's work schedules daily.. Evaluate employee's performance and work ethnics daily. Build a good customer relationship with our office tenants. Analyze customer's satisfactions through surveys and meet ups. Report back to the general manager
Job Requirements for all job positions:. Must be alert and energetic. Must obtain good work ethnics. Must be able to speak & write fluent/good English. Must know how to use microsoft word, excel & powerpoint. . Must have experience in Building Management field for 1-2 years.
