- Communication with customers, shipping line & air line, and other individuals to answer question, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints.
- Answering telephones, direct call and take message
- Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transaction, and other activities
- Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as record or reports
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer
- Open, sort and route incoming mails, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail
- Complete work schedules, process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms and expense report
- Expect to check manifest, invoices and orders to ensure they are recorded accurately for either incoming or outgoing shipments
- Arranging for the shipping and delivery of materials
- To attend to clients during packing (or) delivery as on Job Supervisor
- Take Inventory, issue documents, email to clients, track shipping schedule
Job Requirements
- At least (1) year experience in Moving, Freight Forwarding
- University graduated additional qualification
- Good Communication with Customers
- Good at English
- Good at Microsoft Word & Excel , Email
- Good Team Player
