Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

*Managed business related information files, attended phone calls, greeted visitors and composed official letter
*Coordinated with management to create Purchase Orders & Sales Orders, responsible for tracking receipt of materials/dispatches and helped in preparing invoices and tracking payments from customers.
*Tracked progress of production output and WIP on a daily basis and maintained the inventory monthly summary report for management review.
*Prepared relevant quotations for public, private and government tenders and coordinated with management on customer quote negotiations.
*Additional duties as assigned by the director of operation.

* Any graduate
*Age 25 years and above
* Minimum 2 years experience
* Need to work with steady, can be work in harmony with all departments
* Good business acumen, strong communication skills
* Able to speak Chinese language is preferable
* Must be able to work in Hlaing Thar Yar Industrial Zone
