Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Work online customer service from home at night and
Need to come and check in office for packing and delivery at 08:30 to noon .
- Delivery retail and customer services activities within optimise and to exceed sales targets.
- Develop and manage the online shop whilst also being innovative with regards to marketing campaigns.
- Manage payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all time with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority.
- Organise and dispatch daily customer orders, Manage refunds and returned items.
- Respond to internet (online customer queries) and ensure effective communication is taken and maintain customer service levels.

Job Requirements

- Minimum of one year experience in online customer service environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
- Any Bachelor Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Outlook, Word Excel, Internet & Email.
