- Responsible for the development and improvement of sales.
- Well manage the whole team to growth together.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing and sales promotional activities
- Manage staffs and the company effectively
- Give daily work duties and instructions to all staffs
- Give daily, weekly and monthly duties to all staffs
- Draw daily, weekly and monthly work timetable to all staffs
- Collecting, evaluating and responding to customer feedback
- Must be able to solve customer complain and must be able to explain clearly for customers’ questions upon our services.
- Must be able to solve serious complain in time, to prepare complain letter and send to officer for necessary action and follow up and solve to customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to solve cleverly and politely to have customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to obey the necessary guideline of Management.
