A Big Opportunity for ...

- Manage fully incharge of Managing Recruitment Department.
- Also perform as Recruitment Consultant in all aspect
- Data Entry, Job Posting, CV Screening, CA interview, Coordination with Client and Negotiation etc.
- Supervise over 10 members
- Monitor members performance and give instruction
- Make training programmes for members
- Evaluation and feedback to members
- Improve operation by running PDCA Cycle.
- Reporting and documentation to management team.
- Set target and leading team to hit the target.
- Any Ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

- Must have 5 years working experiences in any industry.
- Must be Mini-year of Management experiences
- Prefer to have Sales & Marketing experience.
- Prefer to have working experience aboard.
- Prefer to have working experience in Foreign Company.
- Prefer to have working experience in recruitment fields aboard
- Must have Proficient in MS Word & Excel
- Must have Business Level in the English Language
