Handle the E-commerce operations with team members by collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams and third party agencies.

Control and accept all customers’ orders, returns and vendors’ products picking, packing and taping in timely manner.

Export daily invoices, orders, documents, pricking and sending address to store teams, delivery teams and other respective departments.

Present inventory and sales reports to management.

Follow the standard operation procedures and finished daily assigned tasks.

Assist and guide customers and web users to buy products easily and smoothly.

Responsible to tackle and solve basic operational problems occurred from both customers and vendors.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in sales operations or e-commerce operations.

Any degree with relevant qualifications.

Age 21 - 35.
Inventory system management is preferable.

Able to use computer fluently and experience with MS Office and Excel.

Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Burmese.

Must be meticulous and thorough.

Good interpersonal skills
