Damco Logistics Company is currently seeking candidate for the following temporary positions: Operations Assistant - MACCS Documentation and CHB & Trucking.

Location: No. 3A, Junction City Office Tower, Suite No. 18-08/09, 18th Floor, Corner of Bogyoke Aung San Road and 27th Road, Pabedan Township, Yangon, Myanmar.

Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 am (Monday-Friday)

Duration: Short-Term (approximately 4 to 6 months)

SUMMARY:

Damco Logistics Myanmar is seeking above position to provide support for one of our Department of SCM-operations. This is a short-term assignment that offers two weeks on job training. This position will provide employees the opportunity to gain great experience in a short period of time. In this role, candidates will evaluate a large volume of documents and meet records processing deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a quality focus and the ability to meet deadlines. Paid training will be provided to candidates.

JOB SUMMARY: MACCS Documentation

Two weeks on job training provide
To support senior co-worker
Follow up with vendor for truck gate-in time (CYA)
Provide truck gate-in time (CYA) together with allowed cut-off time to supplier
Follow up allowed cut-off time from shipper
Printing,sorting and sending allowed shipment file to respective vendor
Update status of port custom clearance from vendor
Follow up Original allowed document from Vendor
Checking and sorting documentation to provide customer brokerage agent to apply GST (goods and services Tax)
Submit weekly report to Manager.


JOB SUMMARY: CHB & Trucking

Two weeks on job training provide
To support senior co-worker
Creation Export Cargo Registration (ECR) at MACCS
Provde ECR to shipper
Revise ECR and send to shipper if any changes
Vanning process upon receiving confirm loading plan (CLP)
Provide reports to Customer team and VAS Team
Arrange order trucking to vendor through ILSE system
Follow up with vendor for Trucking confirmation
Provide export documentation (e.g. 102/103) to vendor
Update Seal & container to Customer team upon received from vendor



SALARY RANGE: General salary range is up to 350,000 depending on experience.

Fresher or graduate preferable in Supply Chain Management
Can do attitude, willing to learn new things
Able to speak and write English
Able to work time management
Can work with contract based
Willing to work overtime
Intermediate at Microsoft Excel
Prefer to work immediately
