Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1. Make reservations and bookings for meals and transportation
2. Issuing the tickets and send to person responsible for tour
3. Arrange with restaurants and transportation for customers’ requirements
4. Monitor and renew company agreements of transportation and restaurants
5. Update database for restaurant menu price, bus schedule & price and train schedule & price
6. Ensure all the booking confirmations are not changing (reconfirmation)
7. Check monthly restaurant invoice and pass to operation supervisor
8. Data entry the new bookings to operation sheet and inform to operation supervisor
9. Maintain effective business relationship with service suppliers
10. Improve quality of existing tours, services and operations process
11. Ensure all tour guides, tour leaders and customers receive updated tour information/ documents
12. Daily report to operation supervisor in terms of bookings, clients’ complaints, difficulties, and other operation related matters
13. Other task as instructed from operation supervisor and manager

Any Graduates (preferable tourism related degree)
Must have interest in travel services
Computer literate
Moderate English skill


Working time
Mon to Fri: 8:45 to 5:00pm
Sat: 8:45 to 1:00pm
