Reports To:
Distribution Assistant Manager will report to Distribution Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with manager to make, Plan and Schedule delivers to meet customer needs.
- Timely delivery to customer
- Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfication.
- Manage stocks are in good quality and saleable condition.
- Monitoring Stock
- Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
- Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.
- Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productively and quality
- Developing and confirming schedules.
- Coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
- University graduate
- 2-4 years of relevant experience would be an advantage.
- Can work under pressure

Language Skills and Other Skills:
- Reasonable knowledge of English and Computer Skills
- Good knowledge and skills in delivery performance
- Communications skills and flexibility

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet & Email
