• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Liaise and negotiate with retailers and consumers
• Develop and maintain consistent processes, operating procedures and key performance indicators within department
• Manage quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train assigned workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Develop necessary contacts with relevant Government officials
• Maintain up to date information on Customs and Clearance processes

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in University graduate.
• Must have over 3 years or more working experience in Operation field.
• Able to use good computer skill.
• Time Management and negotiation skill.
• Strongly motivation skill.
• Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff.
• Teamwork Orientation
