We are looking for candidates for our new branch in Mandalay

1. Prepare and update booking form for all new reservation
2. Update database and entry to operation sheet as per travel month
3. Check tour guides available dates and assign most suitable tour guide
4. Ensure preparation of necessary documents
5. Ensure proper guide briefings must be complied with company service standard, guide duties and responsibilities before the tours
6 Prepare summary for all transportation invoices and report to operation supervisor
7. Ensure all the evaluation forms and clients’ feedbacks are collected and report to operation supervisor
8 .Share necessary information and suggestion from guide
9. Maintain effective business relationship with service suppliers
10. Improve quality of existing tours, services and operations process
11. Ensure all tour guides, tour leaders and customers receive updated tour information/ documents
12. Daily report to branch manager in terms of bookings, clients’ complaints, difficulties, and other operation related matters
13. Work cooperatively with Yangon branch
14. Other task as instructed from branch manager

Job Requirements

-2 to 3 years and up in reservation and operation
-Fair English Language skill
-Good customer service and detail oriented
-Flexible minded and good cooperation
-Must be from Mandalay or live in Mandalay
