o Oversee the whole operation from pre-production to distribution stage

The Role

● Drive the organization effectively to meet the customers and client’s expectations
● Monitor design, operational budget, quality control & production KPI to meet the market demand
● Push the team to improve productivity and performances
● Responsible to recruit new staff and restructure the organization
● Implement new technologies and method of statement for better efficiency
● Cooperate with sales team to support sales activities

Job Requirements

● Minimum 4 years of experience in paper production, advertising and marketing organization
● Good command in English (4 skills)
