1. Product Management a. In charge of product layout, quality checking, and price checking b. Manage inventory security, inventory damage.
c. Provide suggestion and feedback directly to director
2. Employee Management
a. Set up employee worktime schedule
b. Lead the entire team and provide positive solution
c. Employee performance checking
d. New employee training
3. Operation Management
a. Assist in setting sales target
b. In charge of entire store security, safety, cleanness including front doors area and back rooms
c. Provide pre-sale and after-sale customer service, returning, and customer dispute
d. Responsible money control and money handling
e. Directly communicate with store owner and give recommendation
f. Responsible for to contact maintenance team for periodic store maintenance. (Light, sounds box, generator, internet etc.)

Job Requirements

• English/Chinese written and oral communication is a must (Interview in English Only)
• Must have over 5 years’ experience in related field, and 2 years’ experience as manager up level
• Can work under pressure and work with a team.
• Good knowledge of the retail business.
• Effective communication skills, customer service skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
