 Responsible for the Overall Management of Business Strategic, Operation plan, Penetration of New Markets, New products and Customer Relationship Activities
 Ensure quality micro finance product delivery through regular field visits, coordination of branch activities, effectively managing all operational and system issues, and ensure quality loan disbursement mechanisms to meet the periodic targets
 Prepare monthly and operation reports and submit to Country Manager on time.
 Analyze the business environment and make recommendations on the development of new products and enhance existing products to grow the Company’s customer base and outreach.
 Coach staff on ways to improve all aspects of product delivery and customer satisfaction and suggest ways of managing the public image of the Company
 Responsible for effectiveness and efficiency of the branches, team development, team morale and implementation of micro finance code of conduct at the various levels in operations.
 Provide on the job training to all department staff , including new recruits and existing staff and evaluate the performances of each branch

Job Requirements

 Bachelor’s Degree
 Minimum Micro finance Management experience – 7 years
 Strong analytical skills and experiences with reporting and data analysis
 Age - 30 to 40
 Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct employees and lead the department.
 The ability to work in a team and individually, under pressure and to deadlines.
 Able to travel through the Myanmar Country and branches.
 Good Computer Skills using a computer (Microsoft word (English/Myanmar), Advanced Excel and Power Point)
 Excellent English Skills (Writing and Speaking).
