Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1. Design and review the policy and procedures for the operations department
2. Ensure that Operational processes & policies are in place and followed by the team
3. Initiate & review the business requirements for system automation & new Products design
4. Perform end to end UAT for ensuring that all requirements are designed & delivered as per the initiated requirements
5. Ensure all service requests are resolved within agreed turn-around time.
6. Provide Operational support to Internal Teams & Corporate Clients
7. Provide support to other departments in ongoing System enhancement change requests
8. Coordination with all internal & external stakeholders for the disbursements reporting
9. Ensure that Agents are on boarded within agreed turn-around time
10. Ensure to maintain proper record keeping/archival of agent’s documentation and agreements
11. Understands the Risk & can add controls in the processes for mitigating any fraud

Job Requirements

Qualification Required
• Bachelor’s Degree (Banking, Finance or related area)
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Banking/Mobile Money Operations with at least 2 years in a senior role in operations management
Experience, Functional Skills and Knowledge Areas

1. In-depth knowledge of spreadsheet and advance excel
2. Hands on experience on processes & Policy design
3. Experience leading cross-functional teams against identified objectives.
4. Confidence and ability to propose and defend opinions and perspectives in order to influence strategic product management decisions.
5. Good verbal & communication Skills
6. Critical thinking for analyzing the business requirements
7. Able to understand and prioritize things
8. Must be flexible & a team player
9. A willingness to learn.
