On behalf of our Client, a well-known outdoor advertising company, we are looking for an Operation Manager to be based at their sites in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
•Manages the planning, the execution, and performance of installations.
•Responsible for the stock and tools and their quality.
•Coordinates with city authorities
•Leads the team of workers that are involved with processing posting, cleaning, maintenance and repairs of the company’ s street furnisher assets in accordance with the company's procedures & quality standards.
•Responsible for the safety at work according to the company's procedures.
•Assists the team by processing cleaning and posting when required.
•Responsible for the performance of the workers.
•Contacts city authorities for the smooth implementation of installations and operations including: on site survey, any kind of approvals, censorship of posters, temporary movements, proposals of new projects.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
•High level technical background in construction
•Experience in industry (serial production) or industrial cleaning or building industry as team leader is required
•Certified for electrical work on devices powered off.
•Very good command of the English language
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills
•Excellent organisational skills and problem solving ability
•Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
•Strong attention to detail
•Driving licence is compulsory.
