Duties :
* သက္ဆိုင္ရာဌာနမွေပးေသာ အ၀ယ္(သို႔)အေရာင္း(သို႔)Stock မ်ားကို Computer Software သို႔စာရင္းေရးသြင္းရမည္။
* Customer Order (or) Purchase Order မ်ားကို E-mail (or) Phone တို႔ျဖင့္ လက္ခံေပးရမည္။
* နယ္အေရာင္းမ်ားႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ၿပီး အေၾကြးမ်ားရက္လြန္မႈမျဖစ္ေပၚေစရန္အတြက္ Follow Up လိုက္ရမည္။
* Customer မ်ားႏွင့္ေျပာဆိုဆက္ဆံေရးေျပျပစ္ ေခ်ာေမြ႕အဆင္ေျပရမည္။
* အေရာင္းသမားမ်ားအား လိုအပ္ေသာ Support မ်ားကိုလုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးရမည္။
* ဆိုင္မ်ားမွ အေရာင္း order မ်ားအား Store သို႔ Requestion Form မ်ားျဖည့္စြက္လုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးရမည္။
* ပစၥည္းမ်ားပို႔ၿပီးလွ်င္ မိမိပစၥည္း ေရာက္/မေရာက္ကို Follow up လိုက္ၿပီး ဖုန္းဆက္အေၾကာင္းၾကားရမည္။
* ဆိုင္မ်ားရွိ Stock Balance မ်ားကိုလည္း တစ္လတစ္ႀကိမ္ (သို႔) သံုးလတစ္ႀကိမ္ လိုအပ္လွ်င္သြားေရာက္ စစ္ေဆးရမည္။
* ေန႕စဥ္ မိမိလုပ္ေဆာင္ေနေသာ စာရင္းမ်ားကို မိမိအထက္မွ Manager သို႔ Report တင္ျပရမည္။
* လိုအပ္ေသာ အႀကံဥာဏ္မ်ားေပးျခင္းျဖင့္ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရမည္။

Job Requirements

* အသက္ (၂၅-၃၅)ႏွစ္ၾကားရွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္။ တကၠသိုလ္မွဘြဲ႔တစ္ခုခုရၿပီးသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
* စာရင္းအေၾကာင္းနားလည္တတ္ကၽြမ္းၿပီး LCCI Level 3 ေအာင္ျမင္ၿပီးသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
* လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကံဳအနည္းဆံုး(၃)ႏွစ္ရွိရမည္။
* Computer ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာအသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ၿပီး လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႔အႀကံဳရွိသူျဖစ္ရမည္။(ERP ွSoftware အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္လွ်င္ပိုေကာင္းသည္။)
* Customer မ်ားႏွင့္ေျပာဆိုဆက္ဆံေရးေျပျပစ္ရမည္။ မိမိလုပ္ငန္းေပၚတာ၀နယူဦးေဆာင္ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
* အေရာင္း/Stock ပိုင္းႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ေသာ လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကိုႀကီးၾကပ္လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
* အက်င့္စာရိတၱေကာင္းမြန္ၿပီး လုပ္ငန္းေပၚစိတ္၀င္စားသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
